Licensed U.S. voice carrier
The licensed voice carrier for conversational business calling.
Voice termination, local numbers and SIP trunking from a carrier that holds its own credentials, signs under its own STIR/SHAKEN identity and vets every customer it carries.
Services
Three services. One accountable carrier.
Everything Koda sells is delivered over standard SIP and backed by the same registry identifiers you can verify yourself.

Outbound calling to the U.S. and Canada over SIP, with per-route quality monitoring, transparent billing increments and traffic vetting that keeps the routes clean.

Why Koda
Built to be trusted by the carriers upstream and the businesses downstream.
Carrier partners vet who they route for. Businesses need calls that connect and comply. Both come from the same three commitments.
-
Own credentials, not a reseller's
Own FCC registration, own Form 499 filing, own Operating Company Number and own STIR/SHAKEN Service Provider Code. Koda is accountable for what it carries, in its own name.
-
Vetted customers, monitored traffic
Know-Your-Customer review at onboarding, a published acceptable-use policy, per-customer traffic-quality monitoring and cooperation with the Industry Traceback Group.
-
Compliance built into the service
Calling-hour awareness, number-reputation monitoring and consent-first practices are part of how Koda designs the service, not a disclaimer that hands the problem back to you.
The full policy set — robocall mitigation, acceptable use, CPNI and CALEA — is documented in the Trust Center, and the mechanics of call signing are on the STIR/SHAKEN page.
How it works
From first conversation to first call.
Onboarding is an engineering conversation, not a self-serve form. That is deliberate: it is how Koda keeps its routes clean.
- 01
Tell us about your traffic
Where calls go, what platform sends them, expected volume and the business behind them. That conversation is the KYC review.
- 02
Interconnect
IP allow-list or SIP credentials, codec and DTMF settings, test calls with a Koda engineer on the line.
- 03
Go live with monitoring
Answer-seizure ratio, average call duration and failure codes are watched per customer and per route from the first call.
- 04
Grow with a clean record
Add numbers, markets and capacity as your traffic history proves out. Koda's Trust Center documents what rides on the network.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Is Koda Voice a licensed carrier or a reseller?
Koda Voice LLC is a licensed carrier, not a reseller. It holds its own FCC registration, files Form 499 with USAC, holds its own Operating Company Number from NECA, is listed in the FCC Robocall Mitigation Database and is an authorized STIR/SHAKEN service provider with its own certificate. The Trust Center lists each one.
What kind of traffic does Koda Voice carry?
Koda Voice carries conversational business calling: live, person-to-person calls such as sales conversations, customer follow-ups, appointment confirmations, support callbacks and prospecting conversations. Koda vets every customer at onboarding, publishes an acceptable-use policy, and monitors traffic quality per customer and per route from the first call.
Which services does Koda Voice offer?
Outbound voice termination to the United States and Canada, local phone numbers with porting and caller-ID name, and SIP trunking for business phone systems, contact operations and software platforms. Every service is delivered over standard SIP, so it works with any SIP-capable platform.
How does STIR/SHAKEN work on Koda's network?
Koda Voice is an authorized service provider with the STI Policy Administrator, holds its own Service Provider Code, and holds an STI certificate from an approved certification authority. Calls originated on Koda's network are signed under Koda's own identity, not a reseller's certificate.
How do I verify Koda Voice's credentials?
Every identifier is published in the Trust Center with a link to the registry that issued it: the FCC CORES database for the FRN, the USAC filer database for the 499 Filer ID, NECA for the OCN, the FCC Robocall Mitigation Database listings and the iconectiv authorized service provider list.
